I was nurtured in a home where simple prayers were recited daily….in the morning, at dinner time and before going to bed. NEWS: Sunday School Update
Please join us this Sunday, December 20th, for our annual Sunday School Christmas Pageant, followed by a potluck luncheon in the parish hall. Everyone is asked to bring a dish to share and celebrate this joyous season. Rumor has it that Santa will also be making an appearance.
NEWS: Shop To Earn To Holy Trinity
During these tough economic times, our church has struggled financially. Budgets that fund our programs have been drastically reduced. We all want to help and using our new fundraising fund portal site is the simplest, easiest way to support our church. Everyone at some point has used the internet for shopping. So why not have everyone you know that shops online get involved through our new web site. All you need to do is go to www.shoptoearn.net/holytrinitychurch, and purchase items you would normal buy online. By going through the Shop To Earn website, Holy Trinity will receive a percentage of the sale as a donation to our Church. All for just buying the items you would typically buy on-line anyways. It's just that easy.
UPDATE: Studies In Faith Group
The weekly Studies In Faith group meets every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and again from 6:00 – 7:00 PM at the church hall. We are studying “Living the Liturgy” by Father Stanley Harakas. The following is from the introduction to the book: “If you have ever complained that you don't get much out of the liturgy, this book is for You. It is an exciting new approach to the Divine Liturgy providing an easy to understand, direct and simple guide to real liturgical participation.” Everyone is encouraged to join us and participate in our discussions.
