Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox
Church, a living witness of Jesus
Christ, strives to serve the spiritual and
physical needs of both our parishoners and
the community at-large. Because of this, parishoners
are invited and encouraged to participate
in at least one or more of the following parish
ministries: |

| Alcolytes
& Myrrhbearers |
All
parish youth over the desinated age have the
opportunity to learn and grow in service to
the church by participating accordingly as
either an Acolyte or Myrrhbearer. Both groups
meet the 2nd Saturday of each month at 4:00pm
for training and prayer. Instruction is led
by Sub-deacon Michael Fotianos (acolytes)
and Theia Ingrid Fotianos (myrrhbearers).

| Liturgical
Choir |
Singing
primarily acapella and accompanied by organ,
the Holy Trinity Liturgical Choir encourages
congregational participation during the Divine
Liturgy. In addition to singing the Sunday
Liturgy, the choir also participates during
various feast days and Holy Week. Their ministry
of music greatly enhances the worship experience
at Holy Trinity. The choir sings in both English
and Greek and those who feel inspired are
encouraged to attend a rehearsal, which are
usually conducted in the Sanctuary following
Sunday Divine Liturgy. For more information

| Nisiotes
Dance Group |
The
Nisiotes Dance Group is open to all youth
members of the Parish over the designated
age. Typically, the Junior Group consists
of parish youth from the 1st grade through
the 8th grade. There is also an Advanced Group
for adults and parish youth from the 9th grade
onwards. Practices are held in the Parish
Hall on Sundays following Divine Liturgy.

| Orthodox
Bookstore |
The
bookstore operates in the lobby of the Parish
Hall and contains a full-selection of Orthodox-related
books and icons, as well as music CD's and
various gift items. The bookstore is staffed
and open each Sunday after Divine Liturgy,
and typically following any of our other regularly
scheduled church services. You may also access
the bookstore by contacting the church office
during regular office hours.

| Outreach
Committee |
The
Outreach Committee performs an important Church
mission with the goal of helping those in
the community where ever there is need. This
may include providing assistance to the hungry,
the homeless or the infirmed through a varierty
of on-going programs. The Outreach Committee
meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month following
Evening Vespers. For more information contact

| Parish
Council |
The
Parish Council is a group of parishoners elected
by the general membership of the parish community
to oversee the business of the church and
all its ministries. The members of the parish
council must be stewards in good standing
and ecclesiastically in order. There are twelve
(12) members on the Parish Council which meets
on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm.

| Philoptochos
Society |
The
Philoptochos Society mission is to provide
aid and offer assistance to anyone who may
need the help of the Church, thereby promoting
the charitable, benevolent and philanthropic
purposes of the Orthodox Church. The Philotochos'
mission is also designed to preserve and perpetuate
Orthodox Christian concepts, in accordance
with Church doctrines, canons, usage and customs.
The Philotochos Society also contributes on
a national and diocesan level. Meetings take
place the 2nd Sunday of each month following
Divine Liturgy. For more information contact

| Studies
In Faith |
The
Studies In Faith group is a ministry program
of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church designed
to provide interested individuals with the
opportunity to pursue an on-going education
in the Orthodox Church, its history, its theology
and faith. The group also offers us an opportunity
to engage in the study of various books of
the Bible and provides a forum of discussion
for topics related to Orthodox Christian life.
The Studies In Faith group meets every Thursday
at 10:00am. For more information you may contact

School |
Sunday
School religious education is held for parish
youth from 3-years old through high school
each Sunday immediately following Communion.
Sunday School sessions are typically held
from September through May, and recesses during
the summer months. For more information please

| Youth
Ministries |
The
Youth Ministries mission is to minister to
our parish youth and their families, thereby
enabling them to fully experience the Orthodox
Faith. Through active participation in youth
ministries, parish memebers have the opportunity
to help create, sustain and perpetuate a vital
Orthodox Christian way of life. Holy Trinity
currently sponsors the following youth programs:
